We offer free delivery on the vast majority of our products to England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). Please note that due to courier limitations we are unable to offer a free delivery service for the whole of the United Kingdom.
We try our hardest to provide our customers with the most competitive shipping and handling service regardless of location. Unfortunately this makes our shipping calculations very complicated. If you would like to find out the delivery costs for your location please use our shipping charge calculator built into our shopping basket. Changing the delivery location will calculate an instant delivery charge.

What to expect
Titan Direct host many brands of furniture. Products will be despatched from the manufacture or distribution centres and therefore orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.
As standard we offer a kerbside delivery service to your business or residence which does not include removal of packaging, removal of pallets, assembly or setup- unless you have specifically requested the installation service.
Times quoted are so quoted in good faith but shall be non-binding. Titan Direct aim to deliver a high standard of service and will make every effort to deliver the goods as near to the specified date as possible, however delays are sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen factors. Titan Direct will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods.
Your delivery may arrive Monday to Friday anytime between 7.00AM & 6.00PM, please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as there will be a redelivery charge if delivery fails due to customer not being available.
Point of Delivery
Please note that we require a signed consignment note to constitutes delivery of goods. Please check that the number of boxes received, corresponds with the delivery note before signing.
On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages.
In the unlikely event you receive any damaged goods please advise us via e-mail to email@example.com or by telephone on 01480 220312 within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged goods by email.
